Our Why

Having worked in traditional Physical Therapy settings in the Salem area for over 14 years, we have seen the overall patient care are in our industry continue to decline. Many Physical Therapists are constrained by insurance visit authorizations and decreasing reimbursement rates, as well as employer specific policies. Here at The Physical Therapy Project, our focus is to re-humanize the Physical Therapy experience and provide superior quality care. We do this by providing full hour appointments directly with a Physical Therapist. Our PT’s utilize their advanced certifications to provide innovative and advanced evaluation and intervention in our beautiful new facility.
