You’re afraid that ignoring the problem now means surgery, injections, or permanent limitations down the road.

“Can’t recommend them enough! I worked personally with Jon. I went in with knee pain before a marathon and he was able to work on the leg and give corrective exercises to get me back to training immediately. Because he works directly with athletes and is one himself, his knowledge and help goes beyond that of other PTs who just have the education. Experience is what makes them stand out.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral from my doctor to get treatment for knee pain?

No. Oregon is a direct access state, which means you can see a physical therapist for knee pain treatment without a referral from your primary care physician. You can schedule directly with us and start your recovery right away.

How many visits will I need for knee pain treatment?

The number of visits varies based on your individual condition and goals. Most of our clients see a significant reduction in knee pain within the first three visits. During your initial evaluation, we’ll assess your specific situation and create a personalized treatment plan that outlines the expected timeline for your recovery.

What should I expect during my first visit for knee pain?

Your first visit is a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation where we’ll assess your knee pain, identify the root cause, and develop a customized treatment plan. We’ll discuss your goals, examine your movement patterns, test your strength and mobility, and begin initial treatment. You’ll also receive a home exercise program to support your recovery between visits. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and exercise-appropriate footwear.
